H.E.L.P. Seminar

The Housing Education and Loan Program (H.E.L.P.) instructs REALTORS on the variety of public and private housing assistance programs designed to assist the First Time Homeowner.

Come learn about the State, County & City financial assistance programs as well as programs from non-profit organizations available to first time homebuyers. Learn how to layer the programs and the proper way to structure your offers in order to get your clients into their new homes. This seminar includes a continental breakfast & lunch.
