Important Lockbox Security Message From Supra

Dear Keyholders:

Please read this important message below from Supra. The manufacturing variance identified affects our three Associations: SAMCAR, SCCAOR, SILVAR.

Supra knows the box serial numbers affected and will mail replacement key trays directly to those agents in September and October. Even though most of you are not affected by this manufacturing variance, please do use a key ring on keys in your keysafe for another layer of security. A single key could jam, or in very limited cases stick out of the keysafe. We should be getting key rings in our offices within the next 2 days if you need additional rings. Also, please note the silver button at the upper front center of the key tray is a magnet which can hold a metal ring or fob.

Important notice from Supra

Supra has identified a manufacturing variance in a percentage of our iBox-BTs that may result in jammed units, reduced key security and other related issues. Only a percentage of keyboxes in your Association or MLS are affected and we will provide replacement parts to all agents with boxes that may be affected.

We anticipate shipping you replacement key containers in 4-6 weeks. In the meantime, to ensure that the box will not jam or be exposed to undue security risks, put a key ring on the house key(s) contained in the keybox and securely shackle the keybox to the listing.
